I was really looking forward to my stay, but it fell short of expectations. The hotel seemed beautiful at first glance, but there were numerous issues that dampened the experience. While the location was decent and the amenities looked promising, the service was a major letdown. I still managed to enjoy some aspects, but overall, it wasn't worth the price.
My stay at GH Haitang Bay was truly enjoyable, with a generous corner suite offering breathtaking sea views and plenty of space. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel appreciated throughout my visit. However, I found the early cocktail hour ending at 7 pm a bit disappointing, and the closed whirlpool during my stay was a letdown. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and will definitely consider returning.
My stay at the resort was overall pleasant thanks to the spacious rooms and attentive staff. The dining options were generally good, but they lacked in variety at times. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of nearby shops and entertainment options. However, the service during the conference was quite slow, which was disappointing.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Sanya was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, right on the beach with stunning views and a variety of pools to enjoy. The room was spacious and had an amazing bathroom with a big bathtub. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Ruby, who went above and beyond to make our meals special. However, it was disappointing that swimming was not permitted at the beach, which was unexpected.
